TO ALL EVEGREEN VALLEY OWNERS – Meeting Postponement
The Management Team had recently sent out correspondence for a scheduled Special Meeting and for the Annual Meeting to take place at Evergreen Valley on March 28th, 2020.
Due to the onset of the COVID-19 virus and the subsequent recommendations made by the Office of Governor Mills and other officials the decision was made to postpone the meetings scheduled for March 28th, 2020.
The entire board of Evergreen Valley Inn is in agreement that postponing the meeting is the right thing to do at this time, considering the circumstances that many of our owners are coming from different States and Countries.
This is the first time in 18 years that we have had to postpone a meeting due to these circumstances.
All proxies that have been received will be kept in a safe place for the rescheduled meeting. If you have not yet sent in your proxy, please do so at your earliest convenience.
There is nothing more important to us than the health and safety of our Evergreen Family. Please stay safe and healthy.
We will inform all our owners when the meeting will be rescheduled. At the present time we cannot even commit to any timeframe. We hope you understand that our decision was based on what is best for our staff, owners and team.

Evergreen Valley Inn is now affiliated with the RCI exchange company. To learn more about RCI and sign up to become a member visit RCI.com. If you own a timeshare with us, you can go to the RCI website and enroll as a member so you can begin travelling the world!

Our RCI Resort ID Number is D843. RCI needs between 6 – 8 weeks to process the exchange.

If you are a WEEKS member through RCI, the number to call them is 1-800-338-7777. If you are a POINTS member through RCI, the number to call them is 1-877-968-7476.

RCI is open Monday through Friday 8 AM – 8 PM EST and Saturday 8 AM – 5 PM EST.

You could also exchange through DAE (Dial an Exchange / DAELive). DAE needs between 6 – 8 weeks to process the exchange.

The number to call DAE is 1-800-468-1799.

Special Notice Effective January 1, 2019

When an owner rents a unit he/she will be given the discounted owner rates, listed below.  These owner rates are no longer available to any other family members.

Maintenance Fees 2020

Aspen                           $400 + $25 = $425

Innsbrook                    $430 + 25 = $455

St. Moritz                      $487 + 25 = $512

Matterhorn                   $520 + 25 = $545

Condos 2 and 3           $630 + 25 = $655

Condos 1, 4 and 5       $685 + 25 = $710

Owner Rental Rates (June 23 to October 20):

Aspen                            $90 / night plus tax
Innsbrook                    $100 / night plus tax
St. Moritz                     $125 / night plus tax
Matterhorn                  $145 / night plus tax
2 Bedroom Condo      $125 (minimum of 2 night stay) plus tax
3 Bedroom Condo      $160 (minimum of 2 night stay) plus tax
