FAQ’s & Answers about our Resort
Does the resort have internet access?
(A) Yes! There is wi-fi available at the Inn. However, if you’re staying in one of the condos you’ll have to come down to the Inn for internet. We also have a computer for our guests to use.
How far are you from major attractions?
(A) We are one and a half hours from Portland, Maine; we are 50 minutes from North Conway, New Hampshire.
Is there a restaurant on the premise?
(A) No, we do not have a restaurant on our premises; however, we do have a beverage and snack vending machine. We also sell ice, and have a small selection of necessities in case you’ve forgotten to pack some things.
Are linens and towels provided in the units?
(A) Yes, linens and towels are provided. And replacements available upon return of used towels.
Is it necessary to call Evergreen Valley when I cannot come on my expected date of arrival or will not be using my week?
(A) Yes it is very important to call us, so we can assist you as to when you wish to use your unit, or to facilitate your needs re renting or exchanging your week.
When is the peak season in which area attractions are open?
(A) Winter, for winter sports, fall for foliage, and summer for all summer activities, spring is generally slow.
What is check in and check out time.
(A) Check in time is after 4 pm and check out time is 10:00 am
Are Pets Allowed?
(A) No, pets are not allowed.
Is there an ATM machine close by?
(A) There are a couple ATM machines within a 20 minute drive.
Does the Resort use an exchange company?
(A) We use Daelive. and RCI. Both have been very successful at assisting our owners when they want an alternative vacation. Daelive’s phone number is 1-800-468-1799 (within USA & Canada), fax number is +1-602-674-2645. RCI’s number is 1-800-338-7777. It should be noted that the owner’s maintenance fees must be paid at least EIGHT weeks in advance before banking your unit for exchange. Call the front desk to find out about other exchange companies we partner with.
Is the resort wheelchair accessible?
Our resort has a door towards the back of our building where wheelchairs can enter. You would have to stay on the main floor. We have some larger rooms on the main floor but they are often booked well in advance. Unfortunately, during winter the inn is not wheelchair accessible.
